I am officially a paid performing artist. Through a freak accident, I met a fellow guitarist and in the same night as our meeting played with him at 2 separate parties. We were invited back with money incentive to do all future parties at these places. How does this happen? Part of my says "who cares, you're living the dream" while the other says "wait a minute...you're not a good enough musician to get paid."
